2025-03-31Xiaomi has expanded its line of globally sold products with the Smart Standing Air Circulation Fan. This portable fan works with the Xiaomi Home app, offering more than just basic functions.
- 4 budget-friendly fans to combat the heatwave
- Which consumes more energy: air conditioner or fan?
In addition to performing basic functions, such as turning the device on or off, the app also allows for automation. For example, you can set the product to turn on only when the ambient temperature exceeds a certain limit or turn off when it gets cold.

In total, there are over 100 speed settings available to adjust through the app. Moreover, the product works in conjunction with other Xiaomi devices, such as thermostats, air conditioners, and humidifiers.

Xiaomi has launched several climate control products in recent weeks, including a slim air conditioner that can fit anywhere.
Ventilator promises silent operation
According to Xiaomi, the new ventilator operates with a noise level of only 27.98 dB. In practice, this is quieter than a whisper.

Its design allows for use on tables or on the floor, thanks to an extendable vertical base. Moreover, it can move in different directions, with 120° side-to-side and 100° up-and-down angles.
Therefore, it should be able to cover areas of up to 50 square meters and reach a maximum distance of 13 meters. Its energy consumption is also promised to be low, with only 1.3 kWh for the entire summer, according to Xiaomi.
The Smart Standing Air Circulation Fan has not yet received official information on pricing and availability, but its official page on Xiaomi’s website is already live. Therefore, sales are expected to begin in the coming weeks.
