The model number of the new power bank is EB-P3910, where the letter “P” after the dash suggests that the device does not support wireless charging.
Besides Samsung, other companies are also planning to launch accessories to boost their smartphones’ battery life. For example, Apple is reportedly working on an accessory to improve the battery life of its phones, following the disappointing results of the iPhone 17 Air in internal tests.
Samsung already has three power bank options
Samsung’s current power bank lineup includes the EB-P3400 and EB-P4520 models, with 25W and 45W charging power, respectively.
The EB-U2510 wireless model, with 25W charging power, is also part of the current lineup.
The three available power banks are manufactured by two different Chinese companies. A third Chinese company has been contracted to produce the new model.
The 25W wired model is manufactured by Kumming Wenxun, while the 45W wired and 25W wireless models are produced by Nanchang Qinsheng Electronic Technology. The new power bank will be produced by SCUD (Fujian) Electronics.
The suggested price and other specifications remain unknown. For comparison, the current power banks usually appear in deals ranging from R$ 100 to R$ 250, depending on the model.
