OPPO also intends to provide technical and structural support to develop sports skills in young people. The idea is to help participants join professional clubs in the Greater São Paulo area.
The company highlighted that local coaches will receive incentives to continue their work with the teams.
Mariana Passos, Senior Communication Manager at OPPO in Brazil, emphasized the role of sports as a connection tool:
“We believe that football, like technology, has the power to connect people and open doors to a better future,” she said.
OPPO Project May Be Expanded
The project will initially last three months, with the possibility of expansion. The stages include evaluating the conditions of the fields and implementing improvements to ensure safety in sports practice.
To do this, representatives will conduct monthly monitoring for maintenance and improvement of the spaces.
The future perspective is to expand the program to other regions of São Paulo, giving “more and more opportunities for young people,” as Passos highlights.
