Desbloqueie o Poder: AMD Ryzen 5 8500G Oferece Performance Incrível sem GPU Dedicada a Preços Acessíveis!
2025-04-17Valve brings constant updates to Steam, introducing new features and improvements. Sometimes, these novelties are announced, but others remain hidden. Reddit users have discovered a hidden option that reveals how much you’ve spent on the popular PC gaming platform.
- What is Steam?
- Steam promotion dates in 2025?
This option, called “External Funds Used,” is not found in the settings or profile page. Instead, it’s accessible through the Help menu. To view your total spending, follow these steps:
- Help
- Steam Support
- Account Data
- External Funds Used
Different Spendings on Steam
Unfortunately, the platform only displays values in US dollars, not in local currencies. The screen also shows different types of spendings. The first, “TotalSpend,” is the total amount of funds applied to your account, which determines whether an account is a “Limited User Account,” according to Valve.

“OldSpend” refers to values spent before 3 pm on April 17, 2015, a very specific date. “PWSpend” is related to Perfect World for use in CS:GO or Dota 2. As the name suggests, “ChinaSpend” deals with spending on the Chinese Steam platform. Valve doesn’t detail the last type, “PackageOnlySpend.”
These values don’t necessarily mean game purchases, as they also include times when users added money to their account wallet. Eventually, this value must be spent on games or other transactions.
To view your detailed purchase history on Steam, including game names and prices in local currency, access your account history on the platform.
