Samsung released the One UI 7 for the Galaxy S24 and foldable Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6 sold in Brazil on Thursday night (24). With the distribution, owners of 2024-launched smartphones will be able to install Android 15 and enjoy a series of unprecedented AI features.

The update occurred after the global debut on April 7. At the time, Samsung began sending the new version to more smartphones. However, the update was suspended the following week due to a bug and resumed on the 17th.

Now, One UI 7 is finally available to Brazilians. Check the list of updated devices in Brazil on Thursday (24):

– Galaxy S24+
– Galaxy S24 Ultra
– Galaxy Z Flip 6
– Galaxy Z Fold 6
– Galaxy Tab S9

The update brings Android 15 and AI-powered features, such as the writing assistant, intelligent drawing, audio eliminator, and more.

How to update to One UI 7

To install One UI 7, connect your phone to a Wi-Fi network to avoid consuming your data package, plug it into a charger, and follow these steps:

1. Open system settings;
2. Go to “Software update”;
3. Tap “Download and install”;
4. Wait for the verification to complete;
5. Install the update.

It’s also important to back up all your phone’s files before updating to avoid losses in case of any problems during installation.

When will One UI 7 arrive on other devices?

Samsung has not revealed when One UI 7 will arrive on other eligible smartphones and tablets. However, it is expected to be distributed over the coming weeks.
